Renovation and Conversion of Housing Units

Overview: Due to housing problems associated with the less than ideal conditions of soldiers’ temporary accommodation in these cantonments due to the age of the structures, a contract was awarded to us to renovate and convert to permanent structures a total of 80 accommodation units. Project challenges included tight time frames for work completion.

Construction of Governor’s Lodge

Scope: Procurement and Construction

Overview: The alternate lodge of the Governor of Kogi State was built in turnkey contract which included material procurement, construction and furnishing the lodge according to architectural design mandate.

Construction of Shopping Mall

Location: Wuse District, Abuja FCT
Scope: Engineering, Procurement and Construction

Overview: As part of establishing its portfolio of high profile developments the client awarded us the contract to carry out a “design and build” program for developing a piece of prime land in the highly exclusive area of Wuse in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja. Interactions between the clients, federal development authorities and our engineering and architectural design team led to the choice of an Ultra-modern mall which was constructed and built within budget in 18months.
