Irrigation Project

Scope: Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Construction

Overview: The project involved designing and building an irrigation system to provide water to the Edo State integrated rice farm situated in Illushi. Design considerations included pump stations, flow lines, distribution and sprinkling systems, power plants, water treatment facilities and gravity tanks. The conceptual and detailed design, procurement and complete construction of the system was carried out on a turnkey basis

Grains Drying System
Client: Edo State Ministry of Agriculture
Location: Uromi in Edo State
Scope: Engineering, Fabrication and Installation

Overview: Due to unacceptably high wastage in the Silos of the Edo State Ministry of Agriculture; because of high moisture content in the grains stored in them, a contract was awarded to design and install grains drying systems for 6 silos with a total storage capacity of 6000tons. The project involved us working with botanical and crop scientists to design various solutions for drying the grain in-situ in an environment with an ambient humidity of 90%. The selection of the most effective solution culminated in the construction and installation of grain drying systems in the 6 silos
